Limited Services at Internet Centre

To protect the health and safety of our community Weddin Shire Council are taking measures to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19 by minimising face-to-face contact. 

Currently staff members of Grenfell Technology Centre will be contactable only by telephone and email.  

All services requiring in-store visitation will require a booking made via phone or email.

Internet cafe access and computer lessons will not be available for the foreseeable future.

The Services Australia Access Point is also unavailable. These services included: 

  • Self Service Terminal 
  • Telephone and Faxing 

Services Australia have put in place new provisions for customers lodging proof of ID and needing linking codes for their myGov accounts – this can be done over the phone from home.

The Services Australia Customer Wi-Fi is available 24/7
